If you don't have a copy of your statement call our customer service department at 1-800-677-6289 and they will be happy to retrieve your account number for you.
If you do not receive your newspaper by 6:00 am Monday - Friday or by 7:00 am Saturday and Sunday, please log in or call 1-800-677-6289 by 9:00 am to request a replacement paper.
